International Humanitarian College London Celebrates Shortlisting of CEO and Co-Founder Dr. Serhii Kosianenko for The PIEoneer Awards 2026

International Humanitarian College London is proud to announce that its Co-Founder and CEO, Dr. Serhii Kosianenko, has been shortlisted for The PIEoneer Awards 2026 in the category of Emerging Leader of the Year.

This recognition reflects not only Dr. Kosianenko’s leadership, vision, and dedication, but also the wider mission and impact of IHCL as an institution committed to education, international collaboration, and meaningful support for Ukrainian initiatives.

At IHCL, we see this shortlisting as a testament to the work being carried out across the college and through our growing network of partners, colleagues, and supporters. It highlights the importance of values-led leadership in education and the role institutions can play in creating opportunities, strengthening communities, and building international connections.

Dr. Kosianenko’s shortlisting comes at an important time for IHCL as the college continues to expand its reach, develop new partnerships, and contribute to educational initiatives with both local and international impact.

For IHCL, this is at the core of what we do: providing flexible learning pathways, tailored to the individual, offering short courses, professional requalification and human support. If we can help even a small part of this community translate their existing expertise into something formally recognised in the UK, that feels like meaningful progress and exactly the role a college should play.

We are grateful to everyone who has contributed to this shared journey and proud to see this work recognised on an international stage.
