IHCL Hosts “AI & Women in Leadership” Event in London

On 30 September, the International Humanitarian College London (IHCL) team hosted Ukrainian EduHub in the UK for “AI & Women in Leadership”, an event featuring Nadiia Vasylieva and exploring the growing role of artificial intelligence in women’s leadership, entrepreneurship and professional development.

The event brought together people interested in how emerging technologies can support women in turning their ideas into action, growing their businesses and leading teams in an increasingly digital world.

Exploring the Role of AI in Women’s Leadership

Artificial intelligence is changing how people work, make decisions and develop new ideas. For women in leadership and entrepreneurship, these developments present opportunities to improve efficiency, explore new approaches to problem-solving and bring ambitious projects to life.

Discussions around AI and leadership are particularly important as professionals navigate the opportunities and challenges of an evolving technological landscape. Sharing practical experiences and perspectives helps participants better understand how AI can support their work and where its potential can make a meaningful difference.

At IHCL, we recognise the importance of lifelong learning and staying responsive to changes in the professional world. Understanding emerging technologies and developing the confidence to use them effectively are becoming increasingly valuable across industries and leadership roles.

Building Connections Through Education and Collaboration

As a partner of Ukrainian EduHub, IHCL is pleased to support initiatives that bring people together to exchange knowledge, share experiences and learn from one another.

Events like “AI & Women in Leadership” create opportunities for meaningful conversations beyond the formal learning environment. They encourage participants to explore new ideas, build professional connections and gain perspectives that can inform their future decisions.

We believe that education extends beyond the classroom. It also happens through collaboration, community engagement and opportunities to learn from people with different experiences and ambitions.

IHCL would like to thank Ukrainian EduHub and Nadiia Vasylieva for an insightful evening and for creating a space for valuable conversations about AI, leadership and the future of work.

We are pleased to be part of a community that encourages innovation, supports professional growth and helps people turn their ambitions into action.
