How The Application Works

  1. Complete the online application

Start your application through The Student Funding Company. The application takes under 10 minutes and asks about your funding needs, course, income and co-signer, if applicable

  2. Eligibility assessment

TSFC assesses your application against its eligibility and affordability criteria. If you meet TSFC’s eligibility and affordability criteria, you may receive a prequalification setting out the proposed funding amount, rate, repayment term and estimated monthly payment. Final approval remains subject to TSFC’s checks

  3. Submit your documents

If you continue, you’ll need to provide the required documents, which may include proof of identity, proof of income and co-signer documents where applicable

  4. Sign your agreement

Once your documents have been verified, TSFC issues your funding agreement. After you sign, TSFC pays IHCL directly and our Admissions team is notified

  5. Track your application

You’ll receive email notifications throughout the process. Applications are typically processed within one business day once all required documentation has been received

  6. Start your education

Depending on the funding arrangement, repayments begin when you sign the agreement or during your first month of study. There are no early-repayment penalties
